I considered buying a GTR but I think I may go with a Z06. We’ll have to see how much my degree is worth.

Hard to believe but …
Hard to believe but even with a recession the rich people still remain rich, its only the middle class/lower class people who get burnt. I priced a GTR in NY (im Canadian) and they gave me an as sold price of 125k. Thats one of a mark up. (thats almost 2 months ago now tho)

from a roll they said they hit 4.9 if I heard correctly. And they do produce a model that will do 0-60 in under 5, its called a GT-R. But that thing is 90 thousand dollars sticker price, never mind the retarded mark up dealers are putting on it because of demand.

I will test drive …
I will test drive it, compare to a ‘06 Cayman S & ‘03 996.
Pcars are hard to beat, Cayman used go for $38k with 19″ rims and alcantara suede int. ‘01 C2 is less than $40k.
What does a used 350z base model cost used, $14k ? Better than ‘97 Boxster, they were not good cars, most late 90’s Pcars sucked, and are on the racks for new motors, few rebuilt

That is decent performance for $30 grand. I would say this is a winner. Rev matching in a manual is pretty ingenious, it seems the Nissan GTR’s sporty traits are contagious. Well done again Nissan.

I think its a great …
I think its a great car and they’ve done a lot of improvements compared to the 350z. I think the new stiling is just something to adjust to.. and performance wise i think its great, if your only concern is going in a straight line yeah its not “fast”. But I am sure that that thing will perform like a beast in a circuit track and thats what I like doing so this is a buy for me.
